hi vinny,

To my knowledge, you shouldn't have to format CD-RW'S. You can create and
burn the compilation just as you would on a regular CD-R. When you need to
use them for something else, you just erase it for use again. I'm not sure
of the number of writes you can get out of them though. I've heard as many
as 100 before it goes ta pot!

Subject: How to use Rewritable cds

Hi,
I was recently given a bunch of rw cds. When I put one in my cd drive,
it didn't spin. These are un-used cds. Do the have to be formatted first?
If so, how do I do that?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
