I experienced trouble downloading an album using the Amazon downloader. The Internet Explorer information bar came up when i clicked on the choice to download the album. I accessed the information bar menu and chose download file. That was the only choice that made sense. However, all of a sudden I received a message thanking me for my purchase, except I hadn't downloaded any music yet. I couldn't figure out a way to download the same album again, when I tried, I got a message suggesting that I have already purchased this album. I remembered that each account has a media library. I didn't think this would work, but I went to the media library associated with my account, and sure enough, all of the tracks from the album were there. I had to download them one at a time, but that was fine, at least I have the album. I'm not sure exactly what, if anything, I did incorrectly with the internet explorer information bar. However, if I have any problems downloading any future albums, at least I know that they are stored in the Amazon media library.
