A few points here:
WCKG, as a CBS owned and operated station, is but one of many such
stations that is giving fits, upon occasion, not only to Replay AV users
but streaming listeners in general.
Secondly, I probably wouldn't be spending much time attempting to solve
this one as media reports indicate that WCKG is on life support, so to
speak, and will most likely go through some format change by year's end
(looking at the Arbitron ratings will tell you why) as the station never
recovered from the loss of Howard Stern, the rover disaster, and Kevin
Matthews not being renewed.
I'll give WCKG a look later today; and, if I can solve the problem, I'll
report back.
