High Garry, That happens to me too as well. But it happens when someone calls and leaves a voicemail in my voicemail box. But my phone company sends a copy of the voicemail to my email address. But its a .wav file. Every time I wish to play it, the computer always ask me, "do you want to open or save this file?"
