hello angel, is it one of the c200 series. my wife and i have a 2 GB c250 and a 1 GB c240 and both of these have to have a setting changed before it will show up normally. you will most probably need sighted help to do this, as you need to go into the menu system go to the USB sub menu and change it to msc mode which is the mass storage device mode. it should then show up ok in my computer. if it is a c200 series model, you do know you can install rockbox on it to turn it into a fully talking machine.
