There is an installation option called old style or something like that which I 
selected and the result is that my winamp.bm file is 
still in the Program Files/winamp folder where it always was.  I am using 
Winamp 5.51.

Yes, it is in the Documents and Settings/<user name>/Application
Data/Winamp/Winamp.bm.

The file format appears to be the same.
