Good morning, I'm searching for ideas on a strange problem a friend has with his computer. When he plays a CD in either drive it will play for a couple minutes and then it stops and the computer locks up. He thinks it's some sort of buffer issue, I have no idea where to even begin troubleshooting because there is no error message. Also, how do you stop Windows Media Player 11 from popping up when a CD is inserted?
