Hi, I have a differnt problem, i am not able to reformat mine. I had it working great, had ttransferrered files on and off of it many times. I accidentally put regular music files on it once, now when I plug it in the computer thinks it a cd drive and tells me to insert a disc, the drive is empty. I have tried resetting, and followed some tips for reformatting, but to no avail. What's this software yu mention? any help would be appreciated. I have books and music ready to play. smiles. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Christopher Chaltain" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC Audio Discussion List" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, March 12, 2008 12:07 AM Subject: Re: creative Zenstone
