Yep,
However, it mostly depends on how the movie is decoded. Many will not allow one 
to skip over certain portions of the disc. I always try the stop method and 
enter to play a movie, but as previously noted, you will still have to sit and 
wait through the copyright warning and commercials - many allow you to skip 
over the commercials via control f to forward through.
