So I'm assuming you're going to http://www.ncaasports.com/mmod/welcome 
and you've already registered and signed on. You also need to be running 
Internet Explorer. Getting it to work with Firefox is a bit tricky.

On the above URL, you'll see the following:

March Madness On Demand
Click here
 to launch the video player and begin watching live games!

You need to click on the link "Click here".

On the next page, you'll get a series of tables, one for each game that 
day. You need to click on the text "graphic Watch Now!". I use a right 
mouse click with JFW. You may be able to hit enter on it, but it doesn't 
show up as a link or any other kind of object you can click on.

I think this is pulling the video as well as the audio. I don't know if 
you can get just the audio stream or not. I haven't spent that much time 
messing with it. This thing called work keeps getting in the way! I'm 
sure others smarter than me have figured out easier ways to get at this.
