I wouldn't count on lossless files with anything but the larger capacity players. Try for 320 KBPS. mp3 files. I rip all my stuff to lossless as well but I have to convert to a smaller size with my players.

I have a cell phone that doubles as an MP3 player, but I'm not to happy with it. So I am looking for another MP3 player and or Ipodder. Preferencely, 1 that will play lossless audio files such as WMA or wave. But it has to be user friendly for me, a blind person. So I will read this review while hitting both the internet stores and loco stores alike as well. My best regards. John. ----- Original Message ----- From: "albert griffith" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "'PC Audio Discussion List'" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, April 02, 2008 7:51 PM Subject: FW: NBP-Announce: GENERAL: A Pocketful of Sound, by Anna Dresner > We've had a number of questions posed relative to portable media > players so I thought some people might be interested in this new > publication. > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of > Tony Grima > Sent: Wednesday, April 02, 2008 12:22 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: NBP-Announce: GENERAL: A Pocketful of Sound, by Anna Dresner > > A Pocketful of Sound > A Quick-Start and Buyer's Guide to Accessible Book and Music Players > By Anna Dresner In braille & PortaBook, $14 > > Have you ever wished you could carry a whole library of CDs or > audiobooks with you to college, on your commute, or on vacation?
