I don't see why, unless it keeps on compressing the current bitrate. BUt that doesn't really make sense. I mean, it should stay the same quolity, but just make sure you don't downgrade the current bitrate, or move it up, otherwise you'll just get a bigger file size and the same quolity as when you orriginally saved it; so, be careful what bitrate you save it as.
