Great to hear; you can get them anywhere. Just make sure they have the 3.5 mm plugs on them. I got mine at best buy. I guess they both have there advantages; and, since my ambitions were the same as yours, I chose the ones that plug into the soundcard. A note to people on laptops. If your using your microphone, but not using the headphones, and using the laptops internal speakers, anything coming out of them will sound horrible, if your talking to another person, or recording something with gold wave, anything you hear from the microphone, coming from those speakers will sound like something you would hear on an AM radio.
