Hello Tom, I don't know exactly where you are here in the states, but most reps that I spoke to, said that this service is not yet available. If this is true, then why do they advertise it on their website? I have been trying to get that thing to work for another blind friend of mind. Even my sighted wife can't get Comcast On Demand to work for my friend either. If anyone else is more successful on this list with this then we are, please let us know. My best regards.
