Hello:
I use it all the time and have no problem. Make sure your web browser
will allow the playing of audio files. That is in internet
explorer/tools/internet options/advanced/multimeda

Subject: Sirius Online Question

Hi all. After signing up for Sirius yesterday, I learned that to listen
online I had to press a button and listen for a series of numbers, which I
then had to copy. Ok, inconvenient, but workable. However, today when
pressing the button to make the numbers speak, I hear nothing, even after an

extended wait. This is the case for three different computers.

I phoned Sirius, only to be told that there was no way that the problem
could be their fault. They claim it must be a windows issue and would not
discuss it further. When I asked the tech to at least try the button to
ensure that it worked for him, he said he couldn't do that because he had no

speakers on his computer.

So my question. Does anyone use sirius online? If so, do you have a problem
getting the number sequence to speak?

Thanks for any and all info.
