I've had this problem too and I'm not using an Audigy sound card. I don't have any problem listening to streaming radio stations online but when I listen to Main Menu from the Main Menu archives on the ACB Radio home page the entire show plays through without any problems except for the last 15 seconds or so at the end which are cut off. However if I press control J in Winamp and use the jump command to go to the point just before the audio stops I can hear the last fifteen seconds or so of the file. This problem happens with other on-demand audio and not only when listening to Main Menu. I'd also appreciate a solution to this puzzling and annoying problem.
Regards Steve. From: Rays Home [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: PC Audio Discussion List [email protected] This is on behalf of a friend not subbed here. He's perplexed by Winamp cutting off the last few seconds of streaming audio. The same files played in Windows Media Player play propperly to the end. Any one here know how to put this right? I've a suspician it could be something to do with buffering, or possibly Winamp not getting on so well with his Audigy soundcard. Would like to hear from someone who might know the anser.
