Hello, Larry, Creative has made it confusing in the way they have incrimentally adjusted names for new players as they come on line. To answer you directly, the Zen Stone Plus has a radio and voice recorder along with a screen menu system. Not me, but others say they have learned to navigate the menus without sight. However, it sounds to me you are more interested in the 4 GB capacity than the radio and recorder functions. So, read on.
There is also a new line of Zen Stone players with a built-in speaker. There is a 4 GB model. I have also recently purchased a MuVo T100 player with 4GB capacity. I really like it. It has no screen and no speaker. It functions just like a Zen Stone of which I own a 1 GB model. If I had known of the Zen Stone with speaker prior to buying my MuVo T100 I probably would have bought the Stone with speaker.
