Thanks for the response. I wish it was that simple, but it looks as though one must use WMP, and I really don't like that program.

Tim Hi, I do not know much about this particular zenstone device but as far as the others, if it works like my zen, you just plug it in and with windows it should appear in the my com folder. Just click on the zen folder device and it should open. You simply begin copying the files from your audio files wherever they are and go over to the zen and paste them, it should be that simple. MMM that is all I know, if it gets more complicated than that, maybe an expert can tell you more.
