Thanks for your post. Actually, I presently have both of their systems,
however the one that requires the use of headphones died the big death. The
unit has to be sent back for repair. One of the problems with the Q-Bean
units is that the battery is not replaceable in the normal manor.
The headphone version is a very good system however, it is a closed ear
system which many folks, including myself, dislike.

One of the Q-Bean Wireless 2.0 Audio systems will let you use your own
phones. I don't rmemember which model and I don't know how good the
system really is.
I think it is the Q-BEAN-ST which connects through headphone jacks but not
the Q-BEAN-U which uses usb.
