LTBAudio manufactures a system called the Q-Bean ST. This device, unlike
their other systems, does not receive the input signal from a USB port
but connects to an audio source in the usual way. The transmitter section
of the system can be powered via battorys or from a computer USB port.
This system, at least for me, resolves two main issues:
1. The problem of introducing yet another sound device in to the Windows
OS.
2. The ability for those who use mixers to transmit an audio signal using
the mixer settings.
