You can think of bit rate while the audio is playing back. It's the
rate at which the bits are being processed, like 128 KBPS or 128 thousand
bits per second.
A CD quality wave file plays back at the bit rate of: 1378.125 KBPS.
Sampleing rate is the rate at which a audio file is sampled while
making a digital recording of it..
