I've got a caser vault here that's endured many dropps and bumps in the 2 plus years of ownership. no drives should pose problems, since there all plug and play, meaning you can treat them as you would a USB thumb drive. Some may come with software but you dont need to use it. Seagate is good too, and there hard drives come with five years warranty.
