Well, I own the Zoom H2, and can' complain. The Zoom isn't really that accessible, although Neal Ewers has a rather valuable tutorial up at blindcooltech about it. However, if you really want to go for the quality option, I would recommend the Sony PCM D50 (not included in your list, quite expensive, but well worth every cent).
