It means tracks in your library. Add a folder to the Winamp library, then
right-click it. Then choose 'Send to'.

In Winamp's alt-3 track properties dialogue, there is a button labeled
autotag. When it is pressed, tag information for the currently playing
track is filled in, if it is not already present. But the autotag
dialogue
also says that this can be done, all at once, for a number of selected
tracks, by selecting the Autotag option from the right click Send To
menu.
What is this referring to? Whether I click on the Send To option in
winamp's track selection dialogue, or in Windows explorer, I do not find
an Autotag option.
