It might. What format does the Victor Stream record in? I assume you're asking how to use Switch. It's a very straight forward interface that works well out of the box with JFW. I assume it would work with any screen reader. You just hit alt-f to go into the File pulldown and press enter to add files to the list of files to be converted. This is the pretty standard dialog that you get when searching for files, but tab over and select the file type you're going to convert. I usually just go to the bottom of the list to select all file types. Now find the files you're interested in and click on the open button. You can repeat this as many times as you want to populate the list of files you want to convert. When you're done selecting your files, I usually hit control-a to make sure they're all selected. Tab over to the browse button and pick the directory where you want the converted files to be located. Tab over to select the output of the file type, click on the convert options to set things like the bit rate and click the convert button to start the conversion process. Like I said, it's all pretty straightforward and the program has a free trial, so no reason to download it and give it a try.
