I'm not familiar with VRsoft reader, but the Real Speak Voices that you can download to work with JFW 10 will only work with Freedom Scientific products. You can't use them with NVDA for example. You can use the Real Speak Voices that came with your JFW 8 CD though. Like I said, I'm not familiar with the application you're talking about, so I'm not sure if this is the problem you're seeing or not.
