Rick, I use GoldWave every day with Window-eyes and/or System Access. No problem with either right out of the box. I use GW for audio restoration. Maybe you're using it for an aspect that I haven't needed, but honestly I've never run into a problem using GW and Window-Eyes.

My experience with Sound Forge has not been so satisfying. But maybe it's me. Probably is.

Just great! I run Windoweyes 7.0 and was going to download the most recent version of Goldwave! Now I'm not sure where to go. Do I try to use Goldwave, do I not use Windoweyes, do I try and mess with the set files or what? Great, after allot of reading I pick Goldwave and in the next e-mail I find out it might not work properly with Windoweyes! Man, sometimes the Gods have a lousy sense of humor. Oh well, back to the drawing board. Thanks for this great list. If it wasn't for you guys I would be even more lost trying to figure this stuff out.
