If your wife is blind or visually impaired, there is to my knowledge no
website that has done a compareson of e-reading   machines in the general
market.

But, I have seen one for sighted folks that was in the September issue of PC
World Magazine and you could find more information on their website.

Now, if you are looking for something accessible, I would check out the
website of Accessworld found on the American Foundation for the Blind
website at:
