Right, first, make sure F4 -> Remote CDDB is filled out correctly. I use freedb.freedb.org, which may be the default. I do have my email address filled in.

I thhink it is. You select all the tracks go into the menus with alt key. Left arrow a couple times. Look for the thing that says read from remote cddb and hit enter. It should name all the tracks. To be on the safe side I usually just select all tracks again and then hit f9 for rip to mp3 and you should be good and going. I don't have it installed on this laptop right now which is why I can't say which menu it is in exactly lol.
