Hi Jason,
It is weird. The shortcut for toggling the repeat mode is ctrl+t. Note that the
insert modifier in insert+ctrl+t is the "jaws key", which by default is insert
in the desktop keyboard layout. If you're using a different keyboard layout, or
have changed the Jaws key for that layout, then just use the appropriate jaws
key instead of the insert.
