I wrote about this some time ago on the list and it does what it says it does, you can record/sequence/arrange/mix multiple tracks of audio and video, having done that you can send the result out as your Master. You use the Goldwave Editor to do the editing of the audio tracks, price is cheap enough, I think I paid $36.00 and its quite accessible with shortcuts to handle most things, a nice touch to the application is that the "help" screen is launched automatically as soon as the software is run.
