Hello!
Well when it's saying 0 tracks, that means that you don't have a CD in your 
CD drive. first, insert the actual CD you want to rip, then, start CDEx, 
once the program has started, the program will detect that you have a CD in 
your drive, then it will tell you if there are tracks on your CD. and it 
says like this. Audio Track 01 or something like that. I would like you to 
try and just experiment with the program, and if you need any help, just 
feel free to ask.
