Hi robert, my sound card has the mic input, and i have also a processor, a dbx 286a. You suggested to continue to use my sound card for recordings, the problem is that when i need to go on air i have to move all cables to connect the mic and the processor to the mixer, and not to the sound card, this because i need to manage all volumes through the mixer. Is there a way to use my sound card without moving all? Thanks in advance and sorry again.

Da: "DJ DOCTOR P" <[email protected]> Data: 09/06/2010 23:19 High Mario and Robert, Two things here. #1. the M-Audio sound cards don't usually have microphone input jacks on them, so you will need some kind of a preamp to get the mike to work anyway. #2. If you end up getting electronic equipment from the United States, some of it usually have 105 to 215 volt switches on them. But if they don't, there is a power transformer that you can buy to step the 220 volts down to 110 volts. Hope this helps. My best regards.
