There is a limit of capacity in both cases. However, dropbox allows a minimum of 2 gb capacity. Whereas, sendspace only allows 300 mb which is pitiful in my opinion.

With Dropbox the files can be shared in a couple of ways and they are, you can either set up and share a folder between people or you can send a link to a list such as this for people to click on and download the content that you wish to share with them.

Hope this helps.

Good evening Tom and listmembers.

In terms of anyone's direct experience, how does Dropbox compare in quality and efficiency to Sendspace as an internmediate web-based audio file transfer agent? What are the capacity and time limits of each? Is either or both free or do you need to buy subscriptions?
Thanks in advance for your info and guidance.

Cheers to you

Yes, dropbox is a good alternative.

Thanks,

Tom

Or use dropbox if they have an account.
