hmmm try un pluging the power at the back and re plugin it in it should
reset itself as it has no battery inside. let me know how it goes

I also recently purchased a pure1 mini digital radio. Although now I have
a problem with the radio after trying to preset the stations. It is now
frozen or something, because there is no scanning of stations. I have
tried accessing an electronic manual that is totally in English without
success. So if you have had any further luck with your unit, I'd be
interested to know.

okay this the one with the buttons on the tip and the speaker with the
dial and usb conection
the big button on the left on the top is the on and off the next one not
sure the same for the second next one than its dab /fm and stations. for
dab.
tooning is okayish to select a station
1 click the stations button
2 spin the dial/volume control how many clicks left or right to select a
staion and then press in
the new station should be selected
then once on the station twisting the dial will adjust the volume
