Thankfully I've never had that problem with this software though I have had problems where the installation just sat there doing nothing, don't know how I fixed that one either <smile>.
The Total Recorder tech support area is extremely handy and very helpful so if you continue to experience this problem then look them up, you may be required to submit a couple of screen shots so the technical people can see exactly what's going on.
