Right, well if he means scrubbing then Goldwave has the best scrubbing 
facilities I've ever seen in an audio editor and its controlled by the use of 
the j, k and l and shift-j, shift-k and shift-l keys.  In summary, j k and l 
control the direction whilst shift-j shift-k and shift-l control the speed.
