I use Winamp as my podcatcher. The main reason I went with Winamp is because I wanted to use the same program to retrieve my podcasts and manage them on my portable multi-media players. I wouldn't recommend Winamp for this unless you're already using it as a media player or to manage your media library. If not, I really like Juice.
