Houdy, There's a lot of different fre one's out there. It really depends on what you want. For audio CD and Data CD and DVD creation you can get deep burner from http://www.deepburner.com. For a more advanced program which will create movie DVD's as well you can get tiny burn from http://www.tinyburn.com, however, this program uses a different type of installer and you also have to be careful because it wants to install a ton of additional unnecessary toolbars and bloat ware. Then there is DVD video soft's free studio4.8. This robust 25 program suite is a complete collection of converters, rippers, and burners which are all screen reader friendly. and allow you to do numerous tasks. You can get that one from http://www.dvdvideosoft.com Hope this helps.
