Hi adrian John here
I've got myself a piece of equipment called a. VHS to PC converter. this is a video player that sits on your desk and attaches to the computer using special software and also uses USB as well and anything including camera's can be put through it and then you play them on your computer like a normal tv and when your ready to put them on to dvd first play the video, then hit record on the program it will give a click and then it will start recording it on to your hard drive then you can burn it to dvd with the same program or nero. I don't use the programs built in dvd burner it isn't very relyable
