The way I used to do it with XP was to go to the folder where I had the files I wanted to burn to CD and copy all of them to the clipboard. Then I would go into "My Computer" and open up the CD ROM drive (with no disk inserted) and paste in the files. Then I would close that window and reopen My Computer and arrow down to the CD Rom drive and press the context menu (applications) key and one of the choices is "Burn these files to disk" which would bring up the wizard. This works for CDs. Evidentally XP does not support burning of DVDs natively, although I think Win 7 does. Frank
