Kim, I'm not sure what the issue with the Amazon Download Manager is that you're describing. Once you install it, it's operation is pretty much automatic. The one trick that you have to remember is that instead of clicking on "save" when you're getting ready to download an album, you must click "open". Once you do that, the download begins and the files are place in an Amazon folder in the My Music folder. The Download Manager will also open Windows Media Player to place a link to the file in the Media Player library.
