Some More Digital Recorder Research and a Documentation Question

Hi, Folks!  Did some more research on digital recorders and found the 
Sony PCM-M10.  It's a ProAudio series recorder, professional 
grade.  Has anyone had a chance to use this particular recorder?  How 
accessible is it for a blind person to use?

On an unrelated note, I have a Sony MZ-B100 minidisc recorder.  Does 
anyone happen to have accessible docs for this machine?  Thanks in
