Yes it does but it doesn't have voice activation or Daisy playback so if
those functions are important to you then go for the DM4, if you
couldn't give a damn about speech, voice activation, Daisy playback and
just want a high quality recorder then go for the Zoom H1 and if you
want to do better than that then the Sony PCMD50.
