that is not what I asked, of course the sounds
and jfw / or Window-Eyes plays through the
headset, what I wanted to know was a way to route
the sounds from my PCI Sound Blaster live! card
into the Plantronics 6655 USB headset, so what
come into the input of the sound card can be
heard over the headset. Case in point; I have
the XM PC radio which has a conventional audio
output, but it is driven by the computer via USB
control, and the output of it's audio I plugged
into my Sound Blaster live! card, but so haven't
figured a way to get that into my USB headset. :)
I have other audio that can come in through that
1/8-inch audio input jack on the card, but not a
way yet that I can figure out, to listen to it through the headset.

Control and ctrl-tab twice and you should be in a list of sound devices.
Arrow to the one the sounds should play through the headset.
The other way is just reboot the computer and it should detect your USB
headset and begin playing through the headphone.
