Ray, I think I remember you live in the UK. A friend in England reported that his visit to Pandora brought up a message saying it is so far unavailable there.
On this list, Roger suggested trying a proxy server to overcome national boundaries. It's been a while, but when I looked into that possibility, it seemed very complicated. My friend in England had urged me to try Spotify as a Pandora alternative, but it's available over there, not in the US. Good news for you, I hope. He isn't a screenreader user, so I can't vouch for its accessibility, but I vaguely recall positive messages on this list. -----Original Message----- From: pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org [mailto:pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org] On Behalf Of Ray Sent: Sunday, January 09, 2011 9:44 AM To: pc-audio@pc-audio.org Subject: There Is HOPE For Pandora (Roger R. Cusson) I found Reger'Roger's post on Pandora interesting, but I've never tried to listen Two questions? 1. Is this access to Pandora program in any way tied to a particular screen reader? 2. Is anyone outside the US accessing the site and all it's services? Thanks.
