Hi! She might check the volume controls for the headset. Open the control panel and select sound. Control tab to the sound devices tab. Here she can chooce the usb head set. When that is doen she should tab to the volume button and press enter. Check there whether the headset sound accitentally has been turned off. /A Stumpy skrev 2011-01-24 05:22:
My GF has an USB headset that suddenly doesn’t work. It was working fine, with the exception that she had to re-boot to get sound back after unplugging it. Now when you plug it in the computer makes the usual noises when plugging something in to the USB port, but the headset acts like it hasn’t been plugged in.
