I've tried this version of Skype and it works well with Window-Eyes 7.5
beta 1 and would probably work well with other screen readers as well.
Here are the changes in this version:

Improved handling of calling attempts made when the user has run out of

Accessibility
Accessibility on Call Quality Indicator was not complete

Seldom Call Quality notifications could have been displayed for very short
