Thanks for your note.

I looked at Audiograbber and my antivirus program tells me that there's wrong 
with that site.  I could have told the firewall to let it run, but was 
reluctant to do that.

I can't pretend to be super great with these programs but it appears that the 
Audio Tag Editor isn't accessible.  I don't a way to look at menus.  Usually 
the alt key will show me the basic menus, but pressing that button shows 
nothing.

It seemed hopeful in that, before inserting a disk, I saw the blank form for 
track, title and more.  Once the disk was inserted, all that disappeared.  I 
saw a list of folders which I guess I was to select but alas!  I couldn't do it.

I've spent lots of time with dead ends but I guess I'm learning something in 
the process.

I have yet to install Winamp and see how that works.
