The Squeezebox Boom is a free standing boom box affair that allows you to play internet radio and I believe content stored on your computer via a wireless ethernet connection.
There is also a Squeezebox Duet, which hooks up to your stereo like a conventional tuner, but permits the wireless playing of internet radio and stored content.
